Attire at Johnson & Bryan is business casual each day.
Flex Time
Most employees are able to work a flexible schedule.
Employees on Flex Time may start work as early as 7 am, but
not later than 9 am. Our normal workday is 7.5 hours and one
hour for lunch.
Personal Time Off
New full time employees can earn up to 20 days off in
their first year for vacation, illness, etc. Annual Personal
Time Off increases with service to a maximum of 30 days.
Family and Medical Leave
Employees may qualify to take unpaid family and medical
leave if they have completed one year of cumulative service
and a minimum of 1250 hours in the 12 months before taking
the leave. Employees who qualify for family and medical
leave must use all available Personal Time Off before the
unpaid leave starts. |
