What to do at the scene of an accident:
- Call the police.
- Do not admit fault. Do not discuss the accident with
anyone except police and your company representative.
- Get names, license numbers and insurance information
of all people involved, including witnesses.
- Report the claim to Johnson & Bryan immediately.

For Property Damage:
If theft loss has occurred:
- Secure your home immediately.
- » You may need the assistance of a restoration
company
- Call the police.
- Compile a list of stolen items.
- » Include year, make and model
- » Any receipts, bills or photographs of items
- » Get replacement costs on items
- Report the claim to Johnson & Bryan immediately.
If structural damage has occurred:
- Contact a
restoration company to make any necessary temporary
repairs to your home or business.
- Get a
detailed written estimate from restoration company.
- Take
photographs of the damage.
- Do not throw
away any damaged property (an adjuster may want to
inspect the property).
- Report your
claim to Johnson & Bryan immediately.
