claims directly to Johnson & Bryan by using one of our
electronic forms. If you have an emergency and cannot reach
our claims department, you may contact your insurance
carrier direct by using their
Telephone Reporting.
If an on the job injury should occur, please report the
injury directly to your workers compensation carrier within
24 hours. By reporting your workers compensation claims
directly to your insurance carrier, you cut down on medical
costs and the possibility of an employee obtaining an
attorney.
